Hello!
My name is Jonathan Servello, and I'm the owner of Servello Cleaning Services LLC based out of the beautiful Berkshires. I figured if you clicked on the "About Us" section that you'd be interested to know who we really are and what we stand for... so let me tell you! I started Servello Cleaning Services in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic when I saw the need for a quality, relatable, and dependable cleaning service in my community. While I was working as a retail manager, I had the opportunity to meet many cleaning companies which would always show up late, do a quick job, and leave as soon as they could. They almost always left a bigger mess than when they came! Whenever I would call to try and get a solution, I would be placed on hold before being sent to a dozen different departments. It just seemed that nobody really cared about me or my coworkers...
I wanted to change that.
I started in this business with a crumpled $20 bill, a mop bucket, and a broom with a broken handle while I cleaned out offices part-time at night. After a few months, I built up enough business through hard-work and referrals to be able to quit my day-job. Since then, the company has exploded into a successful operation which services four counties and employs a bunch of really great people (some of which are listed below)! I used my years of experience cleaning hotel rooms and banquet halls to teach my staff how to clean quickly and efficiently while paying attention to the finer details. We bolster our cleaning arsenal with non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaners so that you can feel comfortable with as well as using essential oils to keep your home or office smelling amazing. I check on each account that we clean every night so that I can personally guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If it's not clean enough to our standards, I'll roll up my sleeves and clean it myself!
